Qualifications

• Must have RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is required.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is required.
• ASE Certification is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and oversee related programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers timely, contacting customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle outside purchases and special orders efficiently using the external ledger.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately using correct payment methods.
• Ensure all merchandise and core charges are invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor schedules, approvals for deviations, and clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money/deposits, and check/secure delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
