Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assist in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may include shift leadership in the absence of management and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Responsibilities include leading store team members, ensuring policy adherence, processing orders and returns, and maintaining secure operations and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts desired.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge beneficial.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Handle buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders efficiently and communicate shipment arrivals.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and swiftly, manage refunds and invoicing.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and maintain visual standards.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
