Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems knowledge and ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.
• RSS Certification is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service and execute team programs.
• Answer phones according to policy and manage transfers and online orders.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Monitor schedules, clock-ins/outs, and maintain security procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties and end-of-day procedures.
