Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in absence of leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading the store team in customer service, ensuring proper invoicing and order processing, and managing opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills are required.
Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.
Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
Automotive systems and repair knowledge is a plus.
ASE Certification is desirable.
Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and execute related programs.
Ensure telephone coverage and policy adherence is followed.
Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and transfers in a timely manner and notify customers on shipments.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
