Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in managers' absence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
• ASE Certification is desirable and multilingual ability (Spanish) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute programs.
• Ensure all orders and store transfers are processed in a timely manner and customers are notified upon shipment arrivals.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits according to policy.
• Assist with returns, refunds, and merchandising tasks as assigned.
