Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities when leadership is absent.

You will lead store team members to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, oversee showroom programs, process orders and transfers, and manage opening/closing procedures, returns, and merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and daily operations.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and banking procedures.
• Address returns, refunds, and merchandising tasks as assigned.
