Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels and implement programs.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Ensure transactions, returns, and invoicing are handled properly.
• Coordinate shifts and security procedures as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
