Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, service, and operations. The role involves shift management in absence of store leadership and encouraging bilingual applicants.

Essential duties include leading customer service, processing online orders, handling returns, invoicing, and ensuring security and store opening/closing tasks are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and clear customer interaction.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification if not already certified.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair concepts, ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise service levels in the retail showroom and on calls.
• Handle buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing accurately.
• Ensure security procedures, opening/closing duties, and cash handling.
• Coordinate tasks and clocking in/out per policy; perform other duties.
