Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store management in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in absence of leadership and encourages bilingual applicants.

Responsibilities include leading a team, managing show-room service levels, handling orders, returns, and invoicing, and ensuring adherence to schedules and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• ASE Certification and automotive knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure phone calls follow policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
