Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role will assume shift management in managers' absence and encourages bilingual applicants.

Responsibilities include leading a store team, supervising showroom service levels, handling calls, processing transfers, and ensuring accurate invoicing and returns. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and invoicing are completed accurately and merchandise is staged properly.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure money/deposits, and secure the store.
