Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise telephone and service programs; ensure orders and transfers are processed promptly.
• Manage returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing per policy.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, day-end cash procedures, and security measures.
• Ensure adherence to work schedules and clock-in/out policies.
• Perform shift management duties when managers are unavailable.
