Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and leadership team in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of supervisors, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes top-notch customer service, accurate processing of in-store orders, returns, and invoicing, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service and supervise showroom execution.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and invoicing are completed accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to posted schedules, clocking in/out per policy, and communicate ZIPline messages and merchandising tasks.
