O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of management.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with retail auto parts experience and knowledge of automotive systems are preferred, with opportunities for career growth within a stable, performance-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and enforce service programs.
• Oversee store operations, including opening/closing duties and money handling.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and invoicing with accurate payment methods.
