O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations. The role may involve shift management in the absence of management and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes leading the team to deliver excellent service, processing orders and returns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures throughout daily store activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure scheduling adherence and proper clock-in/out compliance.
• All other duties as assigned.
