O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support store leaders in sales, customer service, and operations, with shift management duties when managers are away. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will help serve both retail and professional customers.

Responsibilities include leading team members in delivering excellent service, supervising showroom programs, handling store processes, and ensuring accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• ASE Certification for automotive systems knowledge.
• Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure calls are answered according to policy and store processes run smoothly.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers of shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced and Zipline messages, Image Maker, and merchandising tasks are managed.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, including cash management and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
