O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift leadership in their absence.

You will lead team members in delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, handle store duties, and ensure processes from phone coverage to inventory and returns are executed efficiently. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.
• Automotive systems knowledge is a plus.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom including program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Invoice all merchandise before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker/merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clocking in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, money handling, deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
