O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in absence of leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to lead the showroom and coordinate day-to-day activities, including opening/closing duties and cash handling.

Formación

• Strong communication skills are required.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Retail sales experience is desirable.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is a plus.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish) is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and store-to-store orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to the posted schedule and proper clock-in/out.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
