Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom, ensuring adherence to service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges promptly, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor adherence to posted work schedules and proper clocking in/out.
