Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Junction, TX is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and operations. You will help manage shift coverage and ensure excellent service for both retail and professional customers.

You will supervise customer service in the showroom, handle buy online/shipp-to-store ops, returns, invoicing, and day-to-day store procedures. Bilingual candidates encouraged; Spanish language skills are a plus, and ASE/RSS certifications are

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Oversee showroom customer service programs and staffing.
• Open/close store duties and day-end procedures.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and returns processing.
• Assist with shift management in absence of managers.
