O’Reilly Auto Parts in Texas seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, service, and operations. You will help manage the showroom, assist customers, and step into shift leadership when managers are unavailable.

Candidates with strong communication, retail experience in auto parts, and multilingual abilities (Spanish a plus) are encouraged to apply. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsabilités

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and ensure correct payment methods are used.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate messages and merchandising tasks.
• Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
