• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and issue refunds accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store; manage security and cash procedures.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks to team members.
• Maintain posted work schedules and ensure proper clock-in/out compliance.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
