Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role also includes shift leadership in absence of management.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and RSS Certification is required. Retail experience in auto parts and automotive knowledge are a plus, with a focus on delivering excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, especially in auto parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers in a timely manner.
