Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role includes shift management in the absence of managers and ensuring accurate processing of orders, receipts, and returns.

Qualifications include strong communication, RSS certification eligibility, and retail auto parts experience. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and oversee related programs.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, and returns are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and safeguard assets.
