O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of management and a strong emphasis on bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs
• Ensure phone calls are answered per policy
• Process BOPIS, store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently with proper ledgers
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and manage refunds with correct payment methods
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks
• Monitor work schedules and clock-in/out per policy; manage day-end procedures and secure deposits
• Perform all opening/closing duties and ensure security of the store
• All other duties as assigned
