Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in showroom.
• Handle store operations and shift management in absence of managers.
• Process online orders, ship-to-store, transfers and add orders.
• Maintain accurate refunds and returns processing.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Coordinate tasks with imaging and merchandising teams.
• Adhere to posted schedules and clock-in policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure cash and premises.
