Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to coach and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates, delivering best-in-class customer service and achieving sales targets. You will supervise daily operations, including hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching a team to ensure great customer experience, strong sales results, and compliant store operations.

You will lead staffing, training, and performance, build a loyal client base through ethical practices, and partner with AT&T Signature

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required)
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location) (Preferred)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members to achieve company KPIs.
• Hire, schedule, train, and develop staff for strong customer experience and sales results.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team for community events.
