Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or wireless industry.
• Experience in coaching and developing a team to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop store team to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, and coaching.
• Drive location KPIs by motivating staff and ensuring policy adherence.
• Build client base through ethical, customer-centric practices and community events with AT&T Signature team.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory controls, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
