My Wireless, an Authorized AT&T Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Manager to coach and develop a team focused on best-in-class customer service and building a loyal client base.

You will train and lead staff to exceed sales targets, supervise daily store operations, and ensure strong customer experience and store performance. This role involves hiring, scheduling, and ongoing coaching for results.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Retail or telecom industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities
