My Wireless is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to coach and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates, delivering best-in-class customer experiences while driving sales targets. You will supervise daily location operations, including hiring, scheduling, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and strong store performance.

• 1 year management experience in a similar field.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (preferred depending on location).
