My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to coach and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates, delivering best-in-class customer service and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily store operations, hiring, scheduling, and coaching to ensure consistently great customer experiences, strong sales results, and compliant store practices.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but location-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members to achieve KPIs and sales goals.
• Supervise daily operations: hiring, scheduling, coaching, and training.
