My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. The role offers strong base pay with commission and performance bonuses, plus ongoing training and career growth.

• Management experience in a retail environment is required.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Support the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions with outstanding service.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities daily.
