Job summary

Charter Communications, operating Spectrum, seeks a Supervisor, Residential Inbound Sales to lead a fast-paced call center team. You will coach representatives, oversee daily inbound sales activity, reinforce the sales process and drive revenue and performance outcomes.

You'll partner with Marketing and other departments to monitor campaigns, recruit and onboard staff, and ensure policy-compliant incentives and accurate credits while exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years inside sales experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound sales activities to meet revenue goals.
• Coach and develop Sales Representatives with performance feedback.
• Monitor calls and metrics to reinforce standards and behaviors.
• Lead regular team meetings to review results and share best practices.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, and administer time off and timesheets.
• Manage commissions and customer credits in line with policy.
