Job summary

Charter Communications, operating Spectrum, seeks a Supervisor, Residential Inbound Sales to lead a fast-paced call center team. You will coach representatives, oversee daily inbound sales activity, reinforce the sales process and drive revenue and performance outcomes.

You'll partner with Marketing and other departments to monitor campaigns, recruit and onboard staff, and ensure policy-compliant incentives and accurate credits while exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years inside sales experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required or preferred.

Lead a team focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting and exceeding residential sales goals in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Supervisor, Residential Inbound Sales at Spectrum, you'll coach and develop representatives, manage daily inbound sales activity, reinforce the sales process and tools, and drive revenue and performance outcomes.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Coordinate daily execution of the inbound sales model and oversee team sales activities to meet revenue and performance goals
• Provide coaching and development to Sales Representatives by monitoring interactions, tracking performance metrics, and delivering timely individual feedback
• Monitor calls and performance metrics, provide timely individual feedback and coaching
• Motivate the team and lead regular meetings to review results, share best practices, and reinforce sales behaviors and standards
• Partner with Marketing and other departments to monitor campaign performance, provide post-launch feedback, and remove obstacles to sales execution
• Perform staffing and administrative activities including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, approving time off and timesheets, reconciling commissions, and approving customer credits in line with policy

Education

Experience

• 2 + years of inside sales experience with commercial experience preferred
