Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience; commercial experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional post-secondary education is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound sales activities to meet revenue and performance goals.
• Provide coaching and development to sales reps by monitoring interactions and delivering feedback.
• Monitor calls and performance metrics; provide timely feedback and coaching.
• Motivate the team; lead regular meetings to review results and share best practices.
• Partner with Marketing and other departments to optimize campaign performance and remove obstacles to sales.
• Handle staffing/admin tasks: recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, time approvals, and commissions.
