RiseMe is seeking an On-Site Resident Services Coordinator to collaborate with the Resident Services Manager and Asset Manager to assess and address resident needs across multiple properties.

The role focuses on developing programs, managing budgets, and maintaining HIPAA-related data while coordinating events and vendor relations at several sites. A bilingual candidate with strong organization will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, or education preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience with group education/training development and facilitation

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of specified programming at assigned properties.
• Oversee and liaise with outside vendors regarding residents at designated properties.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with residents, reporting needs for new programs.
• Collaborate with the Resident Services Director on the program budget.
• Maintain data collection for HIPAA compliance (sign-in sheets, resident communications, events).
• Coordinate supplies needed for program events.
• Act as liaison with outside vendors.
