Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to oversee all aspects of resident relations and community events at a property. You will work with the Community Manager to foster a thriving environment, communicating actively with residents and staff to deliver programs and services.

This on-site role emphasizes reliability, program development, and proactive problem solving. The position requires general housing knowledge, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage newsletters

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred or 2 years in housing.
• Ability to use onsite software functions and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations management and daily on-site presence.
• Develop and plan property-related services in collaboration with staff and residents.
• Coordinate monthly newsletters and educational programs for social events.
• Oversee resident outreach and community development initiatives.
• Address resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Implement retention programs and resident functions with staff.
• Assist Community Manager in hiring, training, and coaching on-site staff.
• Support staff effectiveness through coaching and adherence to policies.
