Job summary

True Ground Housing Partners in Arlington, VA seeks a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to support residents in stable housing and community thriving. You will facilitate onsite programs, provide referrals, conduct intake and needs assessments, and assist with administrative tasks to back up the Resident Services Managers and Director of Resident Services.

Expect about 40 hours weekly, with occasional evenings and weekend events.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English/Spanish (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Services, Social Work or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience or internship/volunteer work with underserved populations preferred.
• Experience in human services strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, manage, and execute resident programs on-site and virtually.
• Engage and supervise volunteers to support programming and outreach.
• Assist residents with lease compliance issues and coordinate supportive services.
• Maintain regular face-to-face and phone contact with residents at each development.
• Create outreach materials and promote classes, workshops, and events.
• Monitor and report program data; manage monthly budgets and calendars.
