Job summary

RiseMe seeks a residential supervisor to oversee staff and ensure services align with each individual’s plan and regulatory standards. You will manage DSPs, coordinate with nursing and clinical teams, and ensure safety, documentation, and budget compliance.

You will lead training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling, while fostering a homelike environment and strong family partnerships, reporting to the Program Coordinator.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s in human services preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities in residential or similar settings.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative/managerial experience with individuals with behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all individuals receive services outlined within their program plans (Life Plans, IPOPs, Safeguards, CFAs).
• Oversee spending to align with budget and Report of Operations; monitor Coupa expenditures and payroll overtime.
• Promote community inclusion, independence, and productivity.
• Coordinate with medical professionals and clinical teams to monitor health and safety.
