Job summary

RiseBoro is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator for our Affordable Housing Services Program at 143-06 135TH AVENUE, Jamaica, NY. You will coordinate on-site services for 20–25 households and develop tenant-centered support plans, working with the Assistant Site Director to promote stable living for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day on-site services for 20–25 tenant households.
• Complete needs assessments and develop tenant-centered support plans.
• Provide ongoing case management, advocacy, and referrals to community services.
• Assist tenants in obtaining and maintaining government benefits and housing subsidies.
• Educate residents about available on-site services and community resources.
• Maintain up-to-date resident records and eligibility information; coordinate with management on incidents.
