Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to act as the ambassador for residents, handling requests, coordinating events, and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolutions.

You will assist with apartment showings and rentals, oversee renewal workflows, and support a positive community experience through strong customer service and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of service industry or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to operate office technology (phones, scanners, copiers, printers).
• Basic data-entry and computer skills.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and adaptability to change.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform office administrative functions.
• Coordinate resident requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with maintenance to resolve service requests.
• Accurately input information into computer systems.
• Arrange and plan resident events and community classes.
• Assist in planning and executing resident engagement functions.
• Adhere to company policies and Fair Housing, state and federal laws.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Assist with apartment showings and rentals.
• Oversee renewal workflow.
