Job summary

Project Access in Tucson is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs that enhance community life for residents of affordable housing communities. You will connect residents with services, lead workshops, and build partnerships to deliver four pillars: Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.

The role requires a bilingual English/Spanish candidate with 4 years in related fields or a relevant degree, and experience in after-school

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
Minimum of one year experience in after-school programs or educational settings for youth; serving diverse populations.

Responsibilities

Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
Conduct outreach and survey resident needs.
Coordinate and oversee an after-school and teen program including homework assistance and enrichment.
Plan, prepare, and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions.
Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
Plan and facilitate community-building events and provide referrals to resources.
