Job summary

Project Access seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs for residents in our Foxdale Apartments community in San Jose. You will serve as the link between residents and services, driving engagement and social impact across four pillars—economic stability, education, health, and community building.

You will organize after-school and teen activities, recruit volunteers, and partner with local providers to deliver workshops and resources.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields, or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook) and basic familiarity with Salesforce, Concur, Adobe Acrobat, Canva.
• Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills; self-starter and effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach, survey needs, and coordinate after-school and teen programs with educational enrichment.
• Plan and facilitate resident-facing workshops; develop partnerships with local providers and manage community events.
