Job summary

Project Access is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to design, implement, and manage programs that enhance community life for residents in multi-family housing. You will connect residents with services, and drive impact through four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.

You will conduct outreach, plan workshops, build partnerships, and support food distribution while coordinating with property management.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields; or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs aligned with the pillars.
• Independently plan, prepare, and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions.
• Develop & maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Plan & facilitate community-building events fostering safe relationships.
• Provide residents with information & referrals to access community resources and services.
• Support food distribution, maintain food bank partnerships and distribution management.
• Develop and maintain relations with property management, scheduling regular sessions.
• Organize monthly outreach including door-to-door and digital outreach.
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers and interns at the Resource Center.
• Use personal automobile to acquire program supplies and attend offsite meetings (IRS rate).
• Publish monthly newsletters and calendar of events.
• Collect & submit program outcomes data with emphasis on social impact.
• Provide input and adhere to budgets for resident service programs.
