Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields such as social services or community outreach.
• Minimum of one year experience in both after-school programs or educational settings for youth.
• Serving diverse populations with cultural competency and community awareness.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook); basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
• Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform light physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school program and teen program with homework help and enrichment.
• Plan and deliver resident-facing workshops and group sessions, maintaining consistency when partners are unavailable.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Organize monthly outreach including door-to-door, digital, and site presence.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and interns for the Resource Center.
