Job summary

Project Access in Santa Ana is seeking a Bilingual Community Program Coordinator to design and run resident services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building. Part-time role with 29 hours weekly, offering meaningful engagement in diverse housing communities and proximity to residents’ daily needs.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in multi-family housing or related social services fields, or a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with after-school programs or educational settings for youth.
• Demonstrated cultural competency and ability to engage diverse populations.
• Proficient with MS Office and common office tools; familiarity with Salesforce/Concur is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Coordinate and oversee after-school and teen programs, homework help, and enrichment activities.
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate resident workshops and group sessions, delivering core topics when partners are unavailable.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to deliver services and oversee volunteer/intern support.
• Organize community-building events and manage newsletters, data collection, and budget adherence.
