Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in delivering community programs or social services.
• Ability to work with diverse populations with cultural humility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with residents to identify and provide services promoting self-sufficiency.
• Coordinate onsite classes, programs, and services (afterschool, ESL, nutrition, health info, etc.).
• Support food resource and distribution needs in the community.
• Maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and programs.
• Plan and facilitate community events throughout the year.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access resources.
