Job summary

Project Access, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs enhancing community life for residents of affordable housing.

You will connect residents with services, plan workshops, and build partnerships with local providers to deliver essential services. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, experience in housing or social services, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 4 years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields such as social services or community outreach; or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience in after-school programs or educational settings for youth and serving diverse populations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook). Basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
• Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, multi-tasker, and strong communicator.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds for food distribution activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs.
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions; deliver topics when partners unavailable.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Plan and facilitate community-building events to foster relationships.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access community resources.
