Oscar Health seeks a bilingual physician to join our Virtual Urgent Care team. You will provide virtual-based care to Oscar Health Insurance members from designated states, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care via audio, video, and written communications.

Holidays and schedules include full-time 5-day weeks with rotating day/evening shifts and weekend coverage. Remote role with relocation to Oscar Medical Group’s blended culture and licensure requirements in IMLC states.

Formación

• MD/DO from an accredited medical program.
• Board Certification (ER/FM/IM).
• Spanish fluency (read, write, and speak).
• 3+ years of outpatient urgent care or emergency department experience.
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care/telemedicine.
• Must be onboarded with active licenses in both Tennessee and Florida via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
• Willingness to be licensed in additional states with our assistance.
• Compact license from IMLCC or eligible for a compact license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team as needed when working with complex patients.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers as needed.
• Use tooling to allow virtual exams including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, remote point of care diagnostics.
• Participate in collaborative care model with various care team members.
