Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is hiring a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound Care Center calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required with additional compensation eligibility.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and address inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate issues and maintain detailed records in CRM and other systems.
• Gather and manage data across platforms and document using standard office equipment.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations for clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Provide general Care Center support and perform other duties as assigned.
