Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role that supports Care Center Sales nationwide.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products and services, and deliver exceptional service to clients while building lasting relationships. The position offers hourly base pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation applies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless service and protect the company reputation.
• Escalate issues as needed while maintaining detailed CRM records.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
